Question by : How soon after a miscarriage should or usually would your period start again? I had a miscarriage around the begining of august. Started around the 4-6th and the bleeding stopped well into the week about 5 days later. I have not had a regular period since. I spotted for two days a week and a half ago. But its been almost 2 months since I had the miscarriage what cold be going wrong or not at all. I feel no pregnancy or period symptoms either.

This month again i used the ovulation kit. I ovulated exactly 20-21 days after the start of my period (which was same as last month). Now it is however 18 days after my ovulation date and I have not started my period. I get abdominal pain and i feel like I will start my period any moment.

It has been about 5 weeks since the start of the miscarriage (it lasted about a week) I took 2 home pregnancy tests yesterday and they both came out positive, could this be because my hcg levels are still up from the miscarriage or is it more likely that I am pregnant?
